Looks Byzantine / Merovingian. Proof strike coin ? Coin weight ?
Diam. : 20 mm × 20 mm / lead , weight : 15.8 gr.
Found in The Netherlands.

Dear Pimpoint,

in my humble opinion you show us a coin weight. It is not an usual byzantine coin weight. perhaps an local made weight wich show the iconographics of formal byzantine gold coins.
On avers frontal Bust of the emperor (Justinian)
on revers Angel to right
Stile is very crude and clumsy.

The exact weight of your Item would be interesting
