Galba und das R - XL

Es geht um die Münzen von Galba mit dem R - XL:
Sesterz – RIC 433 – AVGVSTA / Livia (?)
Sesterz – RIC 440 – LIBERT AVG
Sesterz – RIC 450 – ROMA
Ist der bisherige Vorschlag zur Auflösung “remissa quadragensuma” noch aktuell oder gibt es neue Erkenntnisse ?

The legend R / XL is an abbreviation of remissa quadragensuma. This refers to Galba's abolition of the 2 1/2% customs duty on goods imported to and exported from southern Gaul, as a reward to the provinces of Spain and Gaul for their support in his bid for the imperial throne.
